WE’RE COMING SOON!
The Kitchens at Olive and Barley is a new and upcoming commercial commissary kitchen that will serve food entrepreneurs and ministries in NWA. It is the brainchild and dream of Dr. Bryan and Amanda Benafield, founders of Table 7three. When they started their ministry, which serves free meals to the homeless community in Fayetteville, they had a difficult time finding a commercial kitchen space to prepare their meals. They felt there was a need for this type of space, especially after surveying other metropolitan areas where these type of kitchens were relatively common.
It is their hope that The Kitchens at Olive and Barley will be utilized by established or startup visionaries in the culinary space. These include caterers, cottage kitchen owners, food trucks, ghost kitchens, nonprofits, and cooking classes. Services provided include professional cooking and baking appliances, cold and dry storage, a dedicated space for tastings or consultations, and a retail space for our makers. Specifically, for our food truck customers we plan on providing electrical hookups, ice, and propane tanks.
Although we are committed to supporting food entrepreneurs in NWA our ultimate goal is to provide an affordable space for other nonprofits who share our vision of combating food insecurity in NWA.
